Hacking Questions about disc2app and WUP Installer

Hey everyone, just got started with disc2app and WUP Installer GX2. Going smoothly but I had two questions that I couldn't find answers to:
1) If I install a game using WUP Installer GX2, and someone else uses the original disc or also installs the WUP, will that cause any issues if both are active/online at the same time? (ie. two consoles playing Splatoon together with the same WUP)
2) Is there any way to prevent disc2app from going back to the Wii U menu every time it's finished? It gets kinda tedious booting it up again every time lol

1) Yes that is completely fine as long as they are using different NNids (nintendo id's).
2) unfortunately, no. There might be a custom fork some where, but from what I can tell, no.
