I got a headache looking through the DMCA Way to much legal mumbo jumbo

what you know about the law and getting a DMCA notice and a call from lawyers are 2 different things.

just because you think that is what the law says and being on a recieving end of the one every month is 2 different things.

What ever you say about the law is only an opinion and not a matter of fact in a court of law. What comes out of a lawyer's mouth is another matter.

You guys only understand the law from a layman's perspective. The DMCA is being used as a bat to beat the crap out of other companies period. that is first hand experience.
