Lot of translation projects. So, no. And since PS Vita scene was bought back up, so people might go back and take things from PSP and..idk. Port them.

If you mean fan translations, there should be several games being translated right now, someone just released a 50% partial patch of Last Ranker on romhacking. Remember, gbatemp isn't the only site people announce their translations on.
