This is just assisting 3ds.guide by speeding up the downloads. It does not instruct anything.

One thing: What's the difference between version and binary version?

Version is the version of the XML. This is to tell when there is an update to the XML. Binary Version is the version of the tool itself, and is to check for compatibility.
