Hacking Question With DSi LL

Hi there guys, i had a question im hoping u can help me out with. I have a new DSi LL and its the Japanese one. This device is region locked for Japan for carts. Now, if i purchase a flashcart, will i still be able to play any kind of rom from any country out there with no issues ?

I get that the main menu's and shop and such will all be in Japanese, not to concerned about that just wanna make sure if i get a new flashcart it will work as normal with any roms. Thanks in advance.

i assume it would be the same if u had a region locked normal DSi and wanted to play other region games that a flashcart will bypass those kind of things.

The new DSi LL is still the same as a normal DSi latest firmware just bigger so the rules should still apply i presume ?

    Like Lays, Pepsi, Kit Kats, etc. other countrys have many flavors that others dont have. Only way to get them is import or a place that sells snacks from other countries. It's very, very common.

    There are tons of things that have different flavors available depending on region. It's kinda fun to try stuff from other places.

    Aldi grocery stores import most of they foods. I don't shop there anymore but remember way back going there and getting green beans in a can, and it had sticks in it, from Brazil irc. I'm surprised they are permitted to cause it not FDA approved/ inspected
