Hacking [Question] Will it be against site rules to post banners?

Now that its possible to have individual games be able to launch from the Wii, is it going to be allowed to post those yol channels? How about at least a link to the banner file for each game. Thats all you really need from each ISO.

I'm not a mod, but anyway I'd guess it's not allowed.
After all, IOS files aren't allowed because they contain copyrighted material. Banners contain copyrighted material as well...

Most of the WAD-Files also contain copyrighted material. I guess just posting the banner isn't piracy, as injecting a homebrew file into an original WAD isn't piracy either.
