I wanna update my sysnand to 9.2 to see if games like attack on titan and cube creator will work without the need to go in the eshop (which isn't possible for n3ds because gateway only works up to 9.5 emunand

You don't have to update, the eshop spoof works on 9.0 too. But some people tested and it doesn't work anyway.

already tried that, won't work since pasta would run on the sysnand you use not emunand

yes, but not do it in Gateway Mode or you will be bricked
do it with a Sky3DS in SYSNAND or with the original cart
also you can update your SYSNAND with PASTA or PBT-CFW using CIA files downloaded with 3DNUS
