I was more wondering if it was a already known font that I could just download.

And anyway the switch font if it was ripped would be copyrighted material and I could not post it here anyway
 
Probably less dubious to just use a similar free font instead as to not have Nintendo's lawyers not potentially breathing down your throat over it.

Scary, but they probably won't do that. Hopefully.

Nintendo Life and Digital Foundry use the 3DS system font all the time without litigation.

People are FAAAAAAR to scared of being sued.

Step one, never use your real name and/or identity online.
Step two, don't post all over the internet that you used a ripped Nintendo-copyrighted font in your work/project.
Step three, cops are not going to beat down your door and arrest you for such a stupid crime like copyright violation. They have bigger fish to fry, like druglords and pedophiles.

step one, don't use the dam font in the first place, it's not that hard to find a similar one

I ripped the LockClock.ttf out of my jailbroken iPod Touch back in 2009, and used it for many things. No harm came of it. So many copyright laws need re-written for fair use.
