No, iEdge needs a bootstrap to work on the dsi, Edge has no Bootstrap,

If you buy an action replay dsi, cant you play DSlite flashcarts on the dsi with the action replay?

No known fake edge cards to date.

But the iEdge had a fake released before the iedge release date.
The fake iEdge is known us the Danny phantom bootstrap.

you can not launch flashcards using an ARDSi

you can, however, launch update files to flash your card using the "homebrew" functionality of the ARDSi.

been there, done that. The flashing works fine, but the card won't boot.
