Is there a way to install pokemon neo xy/rutile ruby/sapphire along side the original oras/xy cias?
If so is there a guide for it?

Yeah the guide is install them

oh nvm realised its because my console is EU so i put on EU pokemon and the patched ones are US

My console is EU too lol and i downloaded EU original cias Q_Q

Yes as has been stated already just download a different region version so as the title ids are different

It might work if you install the US version of the cia.

I tried to install rutile ruby together with a OR eu cia (and after that US), but after its installed rutile, the 2nd install goes so fast (within 2 min) and the only software available is rutile ruby, not the original.

Any ideas left by any chance?

For Pokemon XYORAS, the same titleID is used in all countries/regions, there aren't separate ones per region.
