Gaming Question regarding file sizes

After I finished downloading games, they're usually around 4gigs. Is that right? or should they be smaller? I downloaded recently one that was 1.46gigs and the game works fine/perfectly. I play the games by USB loader. I just wanted to know if I was wasting time downloading a bigger file, when I can just download a smaller file and get more out my downloads. Thanks.

i am pretty sure(dont yell at me if i am not)but all games are different sizes.there is no set size.

if it's scrubbed it's smaller, if not it's bigger, but the game runs the same way
if u wanna know what scrubbed means just use google cuz it's been explained 10000000000 times over
