Homebrew [Question] Problem with my N3DSXL

I have a problem with my N3DSXL 11.4.0U that when I try to Download Play a DS game it immediately turns to a black screen. they console is still running but nothing happens, and the only way to turn it off it by holding the power button until the blue and yellow lights fades. I have Luma3DS CFW installed on it and the games and everything else works perfectly.
