Is it possible to get pictochat on the 3ds? Recently got a friend's 3ds hacked and we wanted to have some fun with pictochat. Thanks for any help, wanna get it to work!

Look for a cia on that iso site, probably in the DSIWare section.

The issue is that many of them are hidden, if you downlaod and try enough you find one that shows up on your home menu but its a real pain

There is a homebrew one that works online, but doesnt support drawing. There is an online 3ds game called draw attack though, which is basically pictionary.
