Hacking Question on playing PAL games in the backup loader

I have a American Wii if I have a backup of a game thats PAL will it work in the backup loader?

What's not worth of what ? RGB cables are cheap anyway.. just buy one.. Well, for starters you can just get one of the PAL games and play it through backuplauncher and see if it has colors or not. If not, then invest on RGB cable, or stick with NTSC.
