Hacking Question on drive formats

I use FAT 32 because i can just throw my games and apps on there easily and my GAMECUBE games because DIOS-MIOS only supports FAT 32

From what I've seen/heard:
FAT32 - Doesn't support anything over 4 GB
NTFS - Limited loader support WiiFlow works fine
WBFS - 500 disc limit
Sorry, please excuse the double post. Thought they'd merge.
What are trying to use the External hardrive for usbloading wii games

I decided to go with NTFS. Unless something's changed, in which case it has, please inform me, but I don't feel like having split files or being limited to 500 discs.

I hope you don't plan on playing Gamecube backups then, as that requires a FAT 32 drive*, and split files aren't really that bad, since most scrubbed Wii games are under 4GB.

*Not sure if Devolution supports NTFS*
