I remember seeing a while back a converter that allows you to convert videos and play them in Nintendo's official format on the HOME menu (as CIA). Can anyone provide a link?

Iirc it was using Nintendo's proprietary converter which we can't link to here. Though with some fancy Google fu you'd be able to find it. If it helps the video format is moflex, and the converter is part of the 3ds sdk. I think I'd start with that if I wanted to find it(alternatively you can just get the full sdk from Nintendo which will include the converter. You do have to sign an nda though, so be careful you don't break it if that's the way you go)

Either covert and inject one your self, or attempt to find the thread. iirc @ihaveamac had a thread about it. (Sorry for tagging if I was wrong)
