ROM Hack [Question] MH4U. Armor Hack, check Image.

Hi! I'm new at the forum and have a doubt.
I am a Monster Hunter fan since MHTri.. and always liked to experiment with hacks to improve my gamestyle and then, apply in normal gaming without hacks and compare things. I actually play Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, and for speed up things I bought PowerSaves from Datel. I made legal and cool charms to improve gameplay... but in facebook groups where I use to check, saw a revelation.. a WTH armor hack... people was inrage of this existence, but I loved it.

I got overwhelm and got full browsing to how to do it with powersaves.. founding nothing...
Anyone knows the trick??

its probably relic armor, and i think u can hack those like charms to add more skill points or change the skill, or maybe he hacked the decorations somehow... he probably did it with ether NTR 2 CFW or the Japanese cyber save editor. powersaves cant do this....
...is ur 3ds hackable? u got any cfw installed??

Unfortunately, I got my 3ds updated. But nothing than read and learn can't solve... right?
I'm up to anything to learn and do what it's displayed in the image.. even better!
I guess I need to CFW my 3ds and get cyber save editor.. it would work? even if it's japanese? I got a copy of USA MH4U...
Step by step.. would you mind post a tutorial link? maybe an advice.

cyber editor works only on Japanese copies.
and if ur 3ds fw is higher then 9.2, the only thing u could do is wait until some1 releases an exploit that works on ur fw, or until/if powersaves adds codes/cheats 4 armor/decoration skill hacking.
..or buy a New 3ds on fw up to 9.2 and use/learn NTR cfw Debugging on it. its hard to find a new 3ds on up 9.2 fw now tho...

Ok.. I got a 9.8.0-25U update on my 3DS xl.. so, I have to wait for an exploit.. getting a new 3ds right know its not possible for me (for now..). I'll be in touch.
