As said in the title, is there anyay to use a homebrew exploit in 10.1 (Note that i don't have anyone installed)

To answer your question, you can use browserhax/menuhax/cn/oot

Thanls I haven't searched correctly, but i've seen the browser update nag, so i still can't use browserhax?

You can update and use it

I think you can update to 10.3 just fine, though if you have any other entry points (ironhax, etc.) you need to update them first.

there is a browserhax that works on 10.3 so don't worry

EDIT:Also if i use 10.3 to 9.2 downgrade homebrew exploits still work?
