Hacking [Question/Help] Reinstalling Tickets after ctrtransfer step.

I'm up to the step where I would reinstall my tickets if I did do a ctrtransfer. I did a 9.2.0 transfer because my nand backup was corrupt. Now to reinstall the tickets I get an error code while trying to install any of them.
Failed to install ticket.
Result Code: 0xD8E0806B,
Level: Permanent (27),
Summary : Invalid Argument ( 7),
Module : AM(32),
Desc : Error Type -7 ( 107)

Is there any way I can solve this?

Wouldn't reinstalling the .CIA have the 3ds self update the tickets?
