Homebrew [Question] Could we use NTRBoot for a DSi exploit?

I don't know if this has already been looked into or if it's even possible, but I was curious as if remotely possible. We could do similar steps but instead of it being coded for the 3DS, it'll work for DSi

RocketLauncher for the DSi is somewhat comparable in that you modify a flashcard to exploit the console.

Do you know of how you can downgrade to 1.4.0? I updated my DSi XL a few years back before I even knew what homebrew was... it was on 1.4.0 when I updated it too
