ROM Hack [Question] .cia file being installed

I'm just wondering if you install a .cia file through BigBlueMenu/DevMenu, does it save through the emuNAND on the SD card?

I'm just wondering cause I wanna try to install Pokemon Alpha Sapphire by .cia file.

Uhh, why double post? Some reason, or internet messed with you again?

Oh, and it saves through your SD Card. Pokemon Omega Ruby I saved on there, and it worked fine. Maybe it will work on Alpha Sapphire, too, but I haven''t tried it out yet.
