Homebrew [Question] Can I back up nand on 9.2

I have sucessfully downgraded to 9.2 on my n3ds, and I was wondering if I could back up my nand now in case it bricks in the future somehow. That way, I could attempt a hard mod. All I need is a link on how to do this, I dont need instructions in this thread.
