I'm on 6.1 sysNAND. I used to use browserhax to start RxTools but I'm normally out the house and on the road. Is there anything I can do to start RxTools without internet? No, I can't do mset because I have no flashcart and I don't plan getting one.

I believe you can install mset through the browser? Or upgrade to 9.2 and use menuhax?
