Last night, I updated my ps4 to the 5.05 jailbreak exploit and i used these DNS to block any future update:
108.61.128.158
165.227.83.145
Is it okay?

Yes, but if you are still worrying about updates then use a self-hosting method such as the Sandisk Connect, 16GB is enough for that.
