Hacking [QUESTION] Blank App On Home Screen

I tried to replace the FBI H&S app by dumping the app and reinjecting the H&S app that I got through 3DNUS. Now after reinjecting it and deleting the icon cache, it is just an app with a black icon. How can I fix this? When I start it, it gives me an error message.

1) erase app through FBI or app manager
2) system update

This is an error you get when you install a title meant for SD Card to NAND. Find what title it is. Probably FBI like you said. Install DevMenu, make sure it works, then delete FBI and reinstall it.

I solved my problem already. I restored a backup, then I injected an original HS.app through Decrypt9WIP. Then I deleted the item cache! It works now. Now I can be healthy and safe on my 3ds.
