Homebrew [Question] .BCSAR (and other) archive extraction

Long story short: Is there any convenient way to extract .BCSAR archives (and other music archives) except that CWAV-Dumper from another user on here?

I know that one works, however it dumps the filenames as HEX-Values and only seems to extract certain file types. Also did a lot of Google'ing now but found nothing really useful.
