Homebrew [Question] Amiibo emulation?

I was wondering if there will ever be Amiibo emulation? Like a NTR CFW plugin. Be handy for o3ds users.

I don't think it would be impossible to develop especially where we are in hax right now. Just maybe not worth the trouble. You can always buy the add-on so you can use real amiibo.

There is Amiibo emulation. But you need a separate device and a converter for o3ds/2ds. Local drive (your SD card) isn't gonna work for emulating Amiibo.

I think they mean software emulation which I think would be easier than that. So rather than pretending another device is an amiibo a CFW just brings up a menu to choose amiibos and it tells the system that an amiibo has been used.

Note I don't know if it would work like this. Or even be possible.
