is wbfs manager can make the iso file from the wii dvd?if cannot what program to make the iso file?

You have to either own a VERY specific LG drive, or rip it through the wii using usb loader or wii DVD dumper (DVD dumper is VERY slow)

but there is no WBFS manager capable of grabbing the .iso from your DVD tray, at least not in english..!!
