No... if you update OFW, you source the firmware from your own emmc. Dump it with Goldleaf, then use daybreak in emummc. That site is useful for those who don't want to update OFW or who can't because their console is banned.
much faster, and more legal... (not to mention that site is pretty slow to update... it still doesn't have 16.0.3, for example)
