Hacking Question about ticket

Hello,

Can I download a ticket on "that Title Key site" and install it with WUPInstaller? Will it work?
And what about VC games? If I download a VC game ticket, download the VC game on NUS and install it?

Yes you can. And no need to modify them unless said.
But I haven't heard about Virtual Console tickets. But if those exist, then yea. Any ticket works.

VC doesn't work [As far as I'm aware] because the vc tickets are console specific.
