Hacking Question about system transfer and Emummc

So I've got a switch right now with a clean sysnand that has some games I've bought and a linked nintendo account, and an emummc set up that's got a bunch of other stuff on it. When I set it up the emummc, I didn't reformat to remove the Nintendo account, because I'm stupid, and because it never goes online anyway. My problem is now that I would like to buy a second new switch (animal crossing switch woot woot), and transfer the sysnand over to it but leave the emummc alone, and I'm worried that having that same account on both sys and emu could cause a problem during the transfer.

This might be dumb and it might not matter at all, but I'm wondering if I need to remove that account from the emummc, and what the easiest way of doing so would be. I could just reformat the emummc but that's a pain to have to reinstall everything.

You should be fine. Always keep your EmuMMC offline with the linked account.
