Hacking Question about SX Tools

Right now I have the SX Pro. I launch my switch by putting in the RCM jig and the dongle.

Say in the future, the dongle gets wrecked, how would I go about using SX Tools on my android phone?

Would I still need to put in the RCM jig, or does this app work differently?

I would prefer not to put the switch into auto rcm mode.

the jig is universal. you can get into RCM mode and inject whatever CFW you want using the jig.
if SX Tools allows injecting the SX OS payload, and you have a compatible USB C cable, then you're good.
