Hacking question about Supercard DSTWO

Just a quickie, what are the required firmwares for this to run on a 3DS XL? is there a max and a min firmware? Also does anyone own one and have anything good or bad to say about it and what are you running it on?

Works on most current version. 9.2.0_20 or something like that

Works on any firmware. Works great. The only downside I've found is that it burns through the battery in sleep mode, so pop it out when you're between games.
