All sky3ds supports is region locked games. nothing else.

They claim it was a limitation that had to do with saves, but if that's true or not is up to you to decide.

yeah theres no way to prove if there is a hardware limit or not. once some people get the blue button card maybe someone will open it and we can compare the internals.

Nothing to compare they already stated it was because the saves were stored on an eeprom. Since they found out they could store the saves on the microsd they released a new revision to "fix" it.
