Hello temper, firstly I'm sorry if my question is dumb etc, but please help me

recently I'm interested in using network loading for playing my backup on my ps2 slim, my question is:
could I playing using network loading with the computer turned off?

or there are any solution that could make my pc efficient / not wasting more watt when using this network loading?

please help

Maybe if you had a network HDD you could put your games on that, but if your games are saved on your computer, no, it has to be on.

OPL support SMB protocol, so you will need a network HDD that supports that protocol or something else which can be configured (e.g. certain routers, raspberry pi, android devices...)
