Homebrew Question about Official VC Roms version!

Well i am kinda scratching my head because i swear iv seen another post about that but anyway!

I am wondering if it is possible to change Official Nintendo Vc roms version ,
Example : (Zelda Awakening Dx original version on any 3ds is 1.2) ,
could we or it is already possible to change it to 1.0?? i am wondering this because i am a glitch expert and i kinda hate latest build of any VC they patches almost all glitches on any games! exept OOT 3d and MM 3d OFC ...
So is that possible in any future or it is already possible??

No that not what i meant , i am asking literally how to change for good* the version on a legit cia like to work on system 11.0 like im booting normally and the game is *now version 1.0 for good until i delete it or download it again from eshop , i know about injection but that not what i wanted to say...so just forgive me.
