So I'm buying an r4 card from nds card. And I'm wondering which shipping thing I should take, I live in AZ so would I choose the free one, or the 25 dollar shipping?

If you're willing to wait for the free shipping then get it. IT can take 1-5 weeks though to arrive.

depends how fast you want your stuff. free shipping means it could take (up to) several weeks to arrive. the 25 extra means you need it right away and it'll be delivered to you in less than a week.

if i was only ordering one r4 card, the faster shipping would not be worth the price to me. if i was ordering 75+ dollars worth of stuff, i would consider the fast shipping.

The $25 shipping will let you track it way better, it's very similar to how UPS/FedEx works.
The Free shipping gives you minimal tracking.

In my experience, the couriers($25) ship faster as well. If you can spare the money, go for it.

I haven't, but I've seen conflicting reports of its legitimacy. nds-card.com is a gbatemp official reseller, so go with them.

I know a friend that ordered from them, they bought an r4 a while back, and it turned out to be a fake card.
Then they didn't honor their return policy. I'd say avoid them.

gatewayultra.com isn't listed as an official gateway reseller, so I'd say you probably got scammed.

You're just looking to use DS roms, yeah? I'd just recommend getting an original R4 and patching your TWL_FIRM

I am a noob, but what is a TWL_FIRM?
