Ok, so I had a friend put the cfw on my psp, and I dont know how to do it myself.
I just got a new 16 GB pro hg duo card.
Can I just copy the files from my original 1GB stick over, or do I have to make it a magic memory stick first?
Do I need to re-install the cfw?
Im a noob at this, sorry.
And Thanks In Advance!

Making it into an MMS is not required. For that matter you can turn any mspd into a mms with a program.

Just copy everything over.

The CFW is on the psp not the mspd.

Really? So I can just copy the files right over!

What does the MMS do then? Whats the point of it?

Thanks for the quick response!

Also do you know how to make an MMS?

I bought my psp used and it has 5.50 Gen D-3 with a pandora battery [early psp-2001 slim]

I know there's a guide for it in the sticky but the fact that it's more of a guide for installing CFW troubles me especially since I have CFW, not only that but the guide is messing with OFW... D:

Uh what? Google rain's mms maker or pspgrader and follow the directions it gives. An mms isn't needed if you already have cfw but it puts the files and ipl to allow the pandora to unbrick.
