I need to format my 3ds before i sent it into nintendo and i was wondering a few things. If i copy all my SD Card data to my computer and then format will all my spotpass/find mii/puzzle objects remain in the sd card data on my computer? I would like to format before i sent into nintendo but i dont want to lose all my data. The reason for formatting is that i use an acekard and it shows in my daily records. Thanks in advance.

It's disguised as a game, right? Then you don't need to format it.
But from what I recall, the data on your SD Card won't work if you format it.
If you're still worried, you could just go to activity log>software library>Ackerard icon and click on the bin on the lower left.

Its possible to remove it from there, but it still shows on the daily logs
