Hacking Question about Cheats

Okay so I just downloaded the USRCHEAT.DAT file from here, but how exactly does it work? I'm worried because I changed the names of literally ALL of my ROMS because I don't like seeing those numbers in the front (I'm assuming it's the order they were dumped, but whatever those numbers signify, they're all gone). Is this gonna be a problem with the cheats, because the cheat thing will be looking for "#### Game Title (U)" and I only have "Game Title (U)"?

No, cheats don't look at the file names at all. They look at the internal names that are stored in the ROM. You can change the names of the ROM files to anything you want and the cheats will still work.

And also, I asked this in that thread about fakes and no one replied, I ordered my DSTT from ishopvideogame.com/Game Yeeeah, it hasn't gotten here yet, but I was wondering if there are any word of theirs being fake or real?

I don't know -- I've never ordered anything from those stores. Most stores will let you exchange a fake for a real one if you get a fake.
