Hacking question about burning games for wii

what's the best speed? is slow speed the best? or fast? like the slowest i got is 2X and i think my fastest is 16X so what's better?

None...goes by your personal preference, everyone else is different, e.g. Me i only ever burn at 8x speed (modded user) doesn't matter either softmod/harmod burn at whatever your wii can handle. Only you know, just test.....

i see... well i'll go with my style thanks for the info. and i did burn my first game at my mom's and it worked like a charm i was just wondering what people were doing with there burning styles.

I use to burn at 2.4 but then my games started getting really slow loading times so i started burning at 8x and the games loads like real game.

I gotta question, I just burned a game using a DVD-RW at 2X speed, and when I loaded it through the back-up loader, it gave me a an error with a bunch of jumbled overlapping words....could it be the DVD-RW I'm using?

Don't use RW. Use DVD-R.
