Homebrew Question about browser nag

on vanilla 11.0.0-33 O3DS.
Have browser nag so cannot
Use browserhax. I have been told both ways but am trying to find out if doing a system format and then blocking Nintendo servers would give me back access to browser. And second if there are any downsides to a system restore.

I think you mean system format, I think it's been confirmed it won't make a difference

Yeah system format.
does anyone know where it is that the nag is stored at? If I wipe the SD and system format it still saves it somewhere?

If you're going to do a system format, take out the sd card before hand
