Gaming QuakeDS Help (G6 Real)

Hey guys, I am having trouble running running QuakeDS. I followed the guide and put everything where it was suppose to go. But when it starts up it just freezes at 'FAT init...' Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks in advance.

Did you DLDI patch the program first?

Well originally no, I just let the G6 use the auto-patcher. But after that didn't work, I tried manually patching it and still no luck...

Did you put .pak files in folder?

Thats affirmative, 'PAK0.PAK' 'PAK1.PAK' and 'config.cfg' in a folder called 'id1' at the root of the G6 Real.
Other than the QuakeDS.nds file at the root as well, are there any other files other than those that need to go in?
