We'll emunand is just NAND redirection really. So as long as they have SD card access with their Emunand loader, they should be fine. But it will require a 64GB card minimum, just like the Wii U.I think nand emulation as in emunand isn't possible with the switch. The 3ds for some reason allowed to boot from the SD card. The switch doesn't.
Yeah that's not news. It's been well known since shortly after the rumours started. On the reswitched wiki it has said that since March (I think), but the rumour persist.
