The impression I got from the talk was that you trigger the exploit in the web applet and that loads apps from sd card.

It does I believe, I hadn't seen the talk yet when I wrote this.

Didn't they mention the switch wasn't actually based on freebsd in the talk? If that's the case, most of this page needs to be edited https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_Switch_system_software

I think nand emulation as in emunand isn't possible with the switch. The 3ds for some reason allowed to boot from the SD card. The switch doesn't.

We'll emunand is just NAND redirection really. So as long as they have SD card access with their Emunand loader, they should be fine. But it will require a 64GB card minimum, just like the Wii U.

Yeah that's not news. It's been well known since shortly after the rumours started. On the reswitched wiki it has said that since March (I think), but the rumour persist. I imagine theres more than one edit on Wikipedia if you checked the history lol
