And you haven't been banned on your Switch 1 yet? Playing all public roms from torrent sites, and no private roms?
I dont have switch 1.... my switch 1 was v1 so it was hacked with clip and cfw not migswitch.
Switch 2 only was used with mig switch and i was not banned yet.

I was going to ask if being banned prevented users from using key cards since no account was needed for those, but it seems that way. Which I find crazy.

Key-cards don't require an account, but you won't be able to download the game via a key-card on a banned Switch 2, as the servers from which the game is downloaded will be blocked.

Today, I decided to sell one of my Switch 2 consoles because I have fully completed all the Switch 1 games I wanted to play using Mig Switch. I’ve realized that Nintendo will likely not release more enhancement updates for Switch 1 games on the Switch 2.

So, I turned on my Switch 2 (which I’ve been using with Mig since July 2025, 100% offline with fully updated Switch 1 games), formatted it twice, and tried to go online. To my surprise, the console was not banned. I've been playing Mig games for a year completely offline and haven't been banned.

Remember: the risk of a ban is always present.

Two months from that post. Not ban yet. So, russian games with cert no ban? No online, ganes updated from another switch 2 (not banned 100% online).

I'm curious. Why two Switches 2 consoles?
One for playing offline and the other just for updating the games? But you're using the cartridge on both of them.

Isn't the risk the same on the console thatdownloads the updates even if you're not playing those games?

thanks.
