Hacking [Q] Transfer from O3DS to New 3DS

Target: 9.0.0-20E N3DS
I have: Cubic Ninja, Zelda OoT 3D
I don't have: Gateway, hardmod

I want to transfer from O3DS to N3DS, with retaining hackability on N3DS. O3DS doesn't matter.
Any method would be great:
EmuNAND on N3DS
Firmware Spoofing
Some manual way of transfering
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Manual transfering is your only choice.
What is important to you :
-just the games you bought on eShop?
-or all the saves you have?

Unfortunately for you, the latter isn't possible, because you need to be on 9.2 or less on both consoles.
Do you have a NNID linked with your O3DS and/or your N3DS?

Only on O3DS. Just got the New one, didn't do anything on it.

You can't do any transfers atm, since you can't use any exploits on the O3DS and there's no 9.7 emuNAND support for the N3DS yet...

No, it's up to 9.5.

If you have another o3ds that is 9.2 or below, you can use that as a bridge, otherwise only manual transfer will work.
