I don't pirate my content unless I already have a copy of it someplace in my home. The title I tried using your software with is 100% legally purchased, obtained, and installed. I don't have a computer capable of using Python without it crashing.

WOW so many replies! Anyway, in my case i have 9.2 sysNAND and an updated emuNAND (10. something i guess) and they are unlinked. Some time ago i tryed to install gba games in .cia format, but nothing same error, and it's whats happening to the dsiware. I used FBI (on emuNAND) to install with the destination set to NAND, but doing this will install it to the emuNAND, and i need to install it on sysNAND right? I need to run FBI ON sysNAND and install it there.
But somehow i cant install FBI on my sysNAND with rxTools, ill figure it out...

Really, the only danger is ruining your SD card. Now, it is really risky downgrading.

Hehe too late for that... already did, successfully downgraded my o3DS to 9.2

I have never tried since I never bought a single DSiware before, but I have installed some and had them working in emunand by installing them to both NANDS.

But I don't see why it wouldn't work, you can always try and delete the cia afterwards if it doesn't work anyways.
Care to answer one more thing for me? Can I install these via rxtools DevMode on my SysNand? I installed a CIA using this and it never showed up

I forgot you had a Gateway.

Gateway does not support DSiwate and GBA, you have to use rxTools instead or some other CFW (Pasta works), perhaps that was the issue?

no that wasn't the problem, the problem was installing the person legit cia. nothing installs them, they might not be allowed in the 'cia' spec or whatever

I don't know if it helps, but in the same thread on "that iso site" theres also a zip with the same files in .nds format, i guess you can run them in a ds flashcard, maybe?

Is there a difference between a TWL_FIRM.cia for O3DS as opposed to TWL_FIRM for the N3DS? Also, what's the difference (pros/cons) between 2.0 and 4.0? I thought all you had to do was install TWL_FIRM to sysnand like AGB_FIRM...
