Purchased EZ Flash Junior and cannot find .dat file on SD

I have tried formatting the SD card (10MB/s 32 GB SanDisk) multiple times both with windows and other software. I am using the supplied micro SD adaptor. SD formatting is fat32 at 32 k, and set to MBR.

I have tried this with the .dat by itself, the change log on too, the readme in there as well, and even with the update.gb file on board. No matter what configuration I have tried I only get the error that the .dat file cannot be found on SD card you can download at.....

Any help would be appreciated.

No longer need assistance. Found that the boot drive was artifacting data from some embedded SanDisk junk. Removed and copied things over into the Boot partition and things now work fine.
