puffy joycon batteries?

after not using my joycons for months and them not being charged at all for months i did a shell swap on my joycons today and i noticed this:




anyone knows if its normal for joycon batteries to be this fluffy? i can also wiggle them when i put them flat on my table

its a sign of overcharging to be honest. If not then they may have come from factory like this

I've never noticed it on mine, and in general puffy batteries are bad. I'd replace them to be safe.

Please put them for recycling. They expand to avoid a fire, so something is damaged in them.
