Homebrew PSX and DS emulator problems.

Did you read even one post in the ds emu thread? It's not finished and the 3D part is heavily worked on.

actualy no, i didnt know there was one.
Also, i assumed it was just me, because i dont own one game that doesnt have a 3d aspect in it, meaning i couldnt play a single one of my games, which is why i asked.

Is the PSX emulator just like the DS one? Mine won't load at all and I have all of the Bios and Games. Is this a problem for everyone here or just me? Does yours start glitching once you get them to load?

It's obviously not going to be perfect, seeing as it's early in development...You might as well just use emulators for those on your computer. Most, if not all, DS emulators run games at full speed. Most PSX emulators work great as well.

don't even bother with the wii ds, n64 or psx emus at the moment.

i personally haven't played with that emu yet, im waiting until they support the new controller.

Instructions
You will need the Homebrew Channel

Download from http://code.google.com/p/pcsxgc/downloads/list
Create a folder in the root of your SD card called "PSXISOS". Place all of your .bin/.cue and SCPH1001.BIN(BIOS) in the folder.
Only .bin/.cue images are supported.
Create a folder under apps (eg /apps/WiiSX) and place the downloaded .dol file in that folder and rename it boot.dol (/apps/WiiSX/boot.dol).
The memory card files are MCD001.mcr and MCD002.mcr, located at /apps/WiiSX/ . Please note that if these files are not present, the emulator will automatically generate them for you.

this is of course if you are planning to use Wiisx, still note that its not complete.

I use the PSX-R. Where do I go to load the games? Bios or Games? And how do I get it so the game won't read "error in loading"? It gives me an error message everyime I try and load the game.

You should really seek someone out in the real world that is good at working with files and understanding these types of concepts. This is obviously not your kinda thing, but surely you must have a friend that is able to catch on to this stuff fairly easy. Not everyone is good at everything and I have friends and family members who ask for my help when dealing with stuff like this, just as I seek others out for help fixing a car or making a home repair.
